Policies

There are no cancellations, no refunds, and shipping time is not guaranteed once it is in the hands of the shipping provider. 

 

All packages ship with insurance so if something arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all while I will provide you with any information you need to make your claim; It is your responsibility to make the insurance claim with the shipping provider. 

 

I offer free restringing of Malas while in the possession of the original owner. If the items passes to another owner restringing is offered, but for a fee. 

 

I do offer repairs, resizing, and reworking of items but for a fee. Please reach out via email (threeseedsjewelry@gmail.com) if you are interested in any of these services. 

 

I am sure you were careful with your piece, accidents happen. My time is valuable, I have a family and I am running a small business here so please do not ask me to repair an item for free. I would not ask you to go to work and give them your time without pay.
